Workplace Bullying

WORKPLACE BULLYING, like childhood bullying, is the tendency of individuals or groups to use persistent aggressive or unreasonable behavior against a co-worker or subordinate.

Workplace bullying can include such tactics as:
  • Verbal
  • Nonverbal
  • Psychological
  • Physical abuse
  • Humiliation
This type of aggression is particularly difficult because, unlike the typical forms of school bullying, workplace bullies often operate within the established rules and policies of their organization and their society. Bullying in the workplace is in the majority of cases reported as having been perpetrated by management and takes a wide variety of forms. Bullying can be covert or overt but it's always bad.

Bulling is wrong, unethical and just plain stupid
Bullying does not help people
It makes victims feel small
So why do it?

People bully to make themselves feel big to make people feel small
It is uneccesary
It is cruel

Bullying is not just a child's issue, it's everyone's issue

Bullying does not just happen in the school yard it happens in the classrooms, the park, the home the workplace

....Yes even adults must deal with bullying!

It's a simple fact

STOP THE ABUSE
STOP THE HARASSMENT

STOP THE BULLYING!
